Physical Gift Cards are available in store. E-Gift Cards are available to purchase online. Gift Cards are valid for 12months.
Need to return something?
We understand that buying online is convenient, however sometimes items just don’t fit or suit. If for any reason you are unhappy with items in your order, simply return it to us within 30 days from the purchased date, in the condition you received it (unworn, unwashed and tags attached) and we will happily refund, exchange or provide a store credit.
How will I be refunded?
You will be refunded the same way you paid. If you paid via Credit card or PayPal your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.
The item I want is now sold out?
It can be frustrating when you see something you love and it’s no longer in stock. At Frock On we pride ourselves on offering individual pieces so only a limited amount is ordered of each item. If you contact us, we’ll be happy to tell you if the item you want to purchase is being reordered or let us help you find something uniquely yours.
Does Frock On Boutique Offer Lay-by?
Yes, we do offer lay-by in store and online. Lay-by items are held for four weeks with payments to be made every two weeks. When you put an item on lay-by a 50% non-refundable deposit will be required.
What is the postage & handling charge on orders?
Enjoy free delivery on all orders over $150 or a flat rate of $8 express postage Australia wide. All costs are in Australian dollars.
